I guess you can say I was born to do this. Whether I intended to or not, I have found myself coaching people on the topic of wellness and well-being for as long as I can remember. I find my inspiration through helping others fall back in love with themselves thru healthy choices, healthy thinking and self exploration. I am passionate about helping you uncover, heal and find freedom from old beliefs that are no longer serving you. The experiences I have had in my life have uniquely prepared me and allow me to see, understand and truly connect with many different ways of thinking. I value each and every story or life history I come across, but I also realize this is just a story, this is not who you are.

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Holistic Life Coach, spiritual counselor and wellness expert with over 14 years experience. I have made it my lifetime commitment to help guide others to find their peace, passion and love for life. I am currently in the process of obtaining my masters in Metaphysical Sciences. In addition, I have over 14 years sobriety and am skilled in helping others face the demons of addiction and gain the tools needed to achieve long-term sobriety. I can be that much needed light to help guide you through your personal darkness or just the motivation you need to help you follow that goal that has evaded fruition for far too long. I am a skilled listener, mentor and motivator. I bring a lifetime of refined ability to see right to the core of an issue, and a true heart for seeing you for who you really are – deep down.

My coaching/counseling programs are specifically tailored and designed to help each individual. It is my job (and my passion) to help you dig deep and get you started on a path towards joy and happiness.
